鋁合金耐酒精油墨

1、油墨特性：低氣味，高光澤，色澤鮮艷，遮蓋力強(qiáng)，耐酒精，耐汽油，抗腐蝕。

2、適用材料：主要應(yīng)用于各種五金、鋁合金、不銹鋼、氧化鋁、白鐵電鍍、PP材料。

3、技術(shù)參數(shù)：

a.粘度：8000—12000CPS；

b.細(xì)度：5UM↓ 、光澤：60°↑ ；

c.干燥條件：65℃—70℃，25min 自干24小時(shí)

d.鉛筆硬度：2H↑ ；

e.耐鹽務(wù)性：24H；

f.耐酒精：99％乙醇500g力來回30次；

g.耐磨：500g力來回超過30次；

h.過網(wǎng)性：77T—145T網(wǎng)紗〔金、銀粉調(diào)配顏色除外〕

4、稀釋劑的選擇：稀釋劑：S—783：便用前添加13％—15％的DB—01固化劑。

5、注意事項(xiàng)：

a.使用前將油墨與固化劑攪拌均勻，用后4個(gè)小時(shí)后須更換新的油墨,以便出現(xiàn)干網(wǎng),和固化劑凝固!

b.根據(jù)需要可添加15％—20％的稀釋劑進(jìn)行稀釋；

c.施工件在施工前清除表面油漬及污物；

d.需多色套印時(shí)應(yīng)等前面的顏色表干后進(jìn)行套色；

e.在作測(cè)試時(shí)應(yīng)先讓墨層完全干燥；

d.不得將油墨與其它油墨混合及配色，添加固化劑后，效果會(huì)大大的改善，若加固化劑后請(qǐng)將油墨在4小時(shí)用完。

6、應(yīng)急處理措施：

a.如浸濺到眼部立即清水清洗，嚴(yán)重者就醫(yī)。

b.滅火急救措施：用干粉，泡沫滅火器或沙子滅火。

4, diluent choice: diluent: S - 783: before use, add 13% - 15% of DB - 01 curing agent.

5, matters needing attention:

A. use before the ink and curing agent mixing evenly, use 4 hours later, must replace the new ink, in order to appear dry nets, and curing agent solidification!

B. may add 15% - 20% diluent to dilute as needed;

C. construction parts to remove surface grease and dirt before construction;

D. multicolor, should wait for the color table in front of dry color;

E. should allow the ink layer completely dry when testing;

D. shall not ink and other ink mixing and color matching, add curing agent, the effect will be greatly improved, if add curing agent, please ink in 4 hours run out.

6, emergency treatment measures:

A. if splashed to the eye, immediately clean water, serious medical treatment.

B. fire emergency measures: use dry powder, foam extinguisher or sand to extinguish fire.
